Friday night out

Had an evening out last Friday with my team, ex-colleagues and friends. Everyone was anxious about the get-together and we indeed had a happy time.

All of us seriously needed to put on weight *roll eyes*, so we went for dinner at Tao E-gate. The food was only so-so that particular night, how disappointing. Time really flew with everyone occupied with the food (not superb but still edible), jokes, and loads of catching-ups.

The 2nd session was at a pub – Bailey’s. Again there were a lot of chit chatting, but this time with beer, snacks and cards. With our glasses emptied many hours ago, we said our goodbyes at around 2am.


I think I am beginning to enjoy socializing. :)

Rain & shine makes the garden bloom

The weather is still  hot, however I am thankful that it has been raining on and off recently. Love it when it rains at night, makes me sleep better. Love it when it rains in the afternoon when I am in the office, everything seems to be a lot calmer. Whenever it rains, there is no need to water the plants, and that saves water. Hmm… it actually rhymes!!
